• Your puzzle attempts
• Your chat messages

We also store a cookie on your computer whose sole purpose is to enable an authentication functionality so that you may login to the website. The purpose of authentication is to tie puzzle attempts to your user account and to record the progress of you and your team.

If you would like a copy of your puzzlehunt data do not hesitate to contact us. You will find our email address linked to by the 'Puzzlehunt Committee' link at the bottom of any authenticated puzzlehunt page. Otherwise, you may visit our main website here to contact us.

For those who indicate their interest on our promo page leading up to a puzzlehunt, we may collect your real name and email address. This identifiable information is used for the purpose of keeping you informed about that year's puzzlehunt developments, and will be erased after the puzzlehunt has concluded.
